In the harsh deserts of Arrakis, not every encounter leads to an alliance. If another player is disrupting your experience through chat you can block them to maintain your peace in the sands.

Here’s how to do it:
  1. Open the player profile
    • Press Enter to open the chat and click on the name of the player you want to block.
    • You can also do this by pressing F while looking directly at the player.

  2. Choose “Block”
    • Select the Block option.
    • This player is now blocked!

What happens when you block a player:
  • You will no longer see their messages in your proximity chat.
  • They cannot send you direct messages.
  • You won't be able to be invited by this player for a party, guild and trades

"I've blocked the player, but I feel their behavior should be reported."

Messages between players can get spicy on Arrakis! While we encourage players to use the tools available to them to prevent inappropriate interactions, we understand that some behavior needs to be reviewed by our team. Please use the "Request Help" option. Include as much of the following as you can in your report:

  • Character Name
  • Brief summary of the interaction
  • Particularly offensive chat messages
  • Chat Channel where messages were sent

We will investigate the situation as best as we can and take any appropriate action.

Staying focused is key to surviving on Arrakis. Blocking tools helps to ensure your journey through the desert remains more distraction free. Choose your allies wisely—and don’t hesitate to silence the noise.
