Dune Awakening is supporting Twitch Drops for unique items and variants in game!

If you're having issues finding or receiving your Twitch Drops, please follow the steps below to make sure that everything is set up correctly:

First, Twitch Drops area time-sensitive events, and we are not always running a campaign. Please make sure that there's a campaign running currently.

Second, it is necessary for you to connect your Dune: Awakening and Twitch accounts. Make sure that both accounts are connected on your Dune: Awakening account's dashboard and on Twitch

Finally, there are specific time requirements for rewards to unlock. Please check if you have completed the https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory to receive the reward.

If everything is correctly set up and you are still facing an issue with your Twitch drops, please use the Request Help button on the Main Menu or the System Menu and create a ticket with us. We will be glad to investigate as best as we can and pass on any information we gather to our developers.
