Account Manager can be access through in game via the Account button

You will have to log in using your Steam account and will also need to verify your e-mail address.

Once you have completed the log in process, you will have access to the following:

  • Dashboard section 

    • Account ID

    • Steam ID

    • Linked Steam Name

    • Twitch account - You can link your Twitch account

    • Country (code) - Your current location

    • Game display name (Funcom ID)- You can change the display whenever you want. 

NOTE: You can manually update your in game Funcom ID (display name) as long as the name is between 3 and 25 characters and no inappropriate names are used (name filtering is present).

    • E-mail - You can update the e-mail address linked to your account

    • Ban status - Any temprorary or permanent ban will appear here along with the reasoning and length of the ban.

  • Redeem key
    • You will be able to redeme codes for special in game items.
