Before any updates occur, an in-game announcement will be made to notify the players before the servers are temporarily shut down.

   

During the update, a notification will appear on the Main Menu of the game to inform players about the ongoing update and the expected duration.

Players can find detailed information about the duration, timing, and date of updates on our Discord in the game-announcements channel.

Please note that these updates typically take around 2 hours.

My character is missing:

During and shortly after the update, you may notice that your character appears to be missing. This is due to the server coming back online while it retrieves your characters.
