If you contacted Funcom Customer Support but are not receiving our replies, it may be due to email delivery issues with certain email providers. In some cases, our responses are sent successfully but are not delivered to your inbox.

What you can do

Please try the following steps:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder
    • Our reply may have been filtered by your email provider.
  2. Search your inbox for emails from Funcom Support
    • Sometimes emails are filtered into other folders such as Updates, Promotions, or Other.
  3. Add our support email ([email protected]) to your safe senders list
    • This can help prevent future replies from being filtered.
  4. Consider contacting us using a different email address
    • Some email providers may block or filter automated support replies. Using another email provider (for example Gmail or Outlook) can help ensure you receive our responses.

Known provider issues

We have seen occasional delivery problems with some email domains, including:

  • mail.com
  • yandex.com
  • yandex.ru

If you are using one of these providers and are not receiving our emails, we recommend submitting a new request using a different email address if possible.
